We want you to absolutely love your order—but if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back!

✅ Acceptable Refunds:
-Wrong item received
-Item arrived damaged
- Item never arrived (after 15 days for domestic / 45 days international)

If any of the above happens, please message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll offer a replacement or a refund—your choice!

❌ Non-Refundable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! We’re a small shop and each item is made to order, so we can’t offer returns on non-defective products.
